Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern the use of globalwildlifefair.in and participation as an exhibitor, sponsor, delegate or visitor at Global Wildlife Fair 2026 ("GWF 2026"), held 30 October – 1 November 2026 at Travancore Palace, New Delhi, India, organised by Asian Adventures Pvt. Ltd. ("Organiser", "we").

1. Registration

Submitting a registration form is an expression of interest and not a confirmed booking. A booth or delegate slot is confirmed only once we issue a written acceptance and full payment is received.

2. Eligibility

Exhibitor space is reserved for legitimate businesses operating in wildlife tourism, conservation, outdoor brands, tourism boards and related sectors. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse any application without assigning a reason.

3. Fees & payment

• All fees are quoted in INR or USD as applicable, exclusive of GST and bank charges.
• Early-bird pricing is valid only until the deadline displayed on the website at time of booking.
• Booth allocation follows confirmed payment on a first-come basis.

4. Cancellation & refunds

• Cancellations received more than 90 days before the event: 50% refund.
• Cancellations received 30–90 days before the event: 25% refund.
• Cancellations within 30 days of the event: no refund.
• All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@globalwildlifefair.in.

5. Exhibitor obligations

• Comply with venue rules, fire and safety regulations and Organiser briefings.
• Provide accurate company information and ensure all booth staff carry valid identification.
• Not transfer or sublet the allocated booth without prior written consent.

6. Force majeure

If the event is cancelled, postponed or relocated due to causes beyond reasonable control (including pandemics, government orders, natural events), the Organiser will reschedule or offer credit toward a future edition. The Organiser is not liable for travel, accommodation or consequential losses.

7. Liability

Exhibitors and visitors attend at their own risk. The Organiser carries event insurance for the common areas but is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to exhibitor property. Exhibitors are advised to maintain their own insurance.

8. Intellectual property

All event branding, content and the Global Wildlife Fair name and logo are owned by Asian Adventures Pvt. Ltd. Use of these marks requires written permission.

9. Photography & media

By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed for event coverage, marketing and editorial use across our channels and partners.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
